Dior Is Still Warm. LVMH Fashion Already Cooled.
Fashion & Leather −5% organic in Q3; Dior named a relative outperformer.

Review heat and the Fashion & Leather line are not the same table.
- Fashion & Leather −5% organic; group +1%
- Dior flat in Q3; double-digit with U.S. clients
- Women’s RTW strong; men’s still catching up
LVMH’s Q3 organic revenue rose 1%, while Fashion & Leather Goods fell 5% organically. Asia excluding Japan also dropped 5%; Chinese-customer demand was down mid-teens. On the same call, Christian Dior was called out as relatively resilient: roughly flat in Q3, positive year to date, and double-digit with U.S. clients—women’s ready-to-wear and leather goods singled out as strong.
Corporate copy says Jonathan Anderson’s designs were a major success; trade press says the group is very confident with Dior. Review and social heat are still warming; the division total already cooled. Creative heat can be a leading signal. It does not overwrite the period’s −5%.
